This week we are asked to share our favorite window whether it’s because the window itself fascinates us or because someone or something in front of the window attracts our attention.
For me, it’s who is standing in front of the window that gets my attention – my grandson who is now 2 1/2 years old. In this first picture he had just turned 2. He will stand in front of the window for ages watching the cars go by or looking for the deer in the vacant lot across the street. Often he is joined by his dog Hollie and his Gigi (that’s me) who loves catching his reflection in the window. If he sees someone putting their shoes on, he will run to grab his shoes as he knows the odds are high that he will be able to go outside too.
In these pictures, he was entertaining himself while watching dad cut the grass. Too cute – right?

all three shots are nice – but the first one almost has us right in the frame looking out with him.
and the bit of bokeh and color outside the window adds a nice glistening touch…

Love them all – soft and warm feelings run through my heart. The first one is a gem. Wonderful take on this.

They’re all nice, but I really like the first one.
