This week Patti has asked us to share what “delicious” means to us.
Ham and Swiss Sliders
Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Several years ago, I started a food blog – Mom Asked Me For a Recipe! I’m not a great cook but I was experimenting with new recipes and wanted to share. But you can’t have a great food blog if you don’t have great food pictures and my photos were…well let’s just say they were bad and leave it at that.
Chicken Noodle Soup
So I took a photography class and then another and then another and the rest is history. Unfortunately I had to put “Mom” on the back burner about a year ago but surprisingly it still gets a couple of “likes” each week on Facebook.
Beef Lasagna
Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream
So if these pictures have your mouth watering, head over to Mom Asked Me For A Recipe! for the recipe.
Caribbean Jerk Chicken
Esther’s Mac and Cheese

Your food images are mouth-watering. Great photography. It is surprisingly hard to photograph food in an appetizing way. I also had a food/travel blog years ago. 🙂 A lot of fun.

Wow. Yummy. I need to eat breakfast now. Too much good looking food for early morning.

LOL. I gave up cooking breakfast years ago. I love to sleep too much!

You are very good at shooting food – I find it rather difficult! Maybe you have to be a foodie for succeeding?

It is difficult when your husband is hungry and you’re trying to get some more shots. It’s not pretty.

LOL, love the blog name Gina – and how great that it forced you into photography! Food’s loos, photography’s gain 🙂

Unfortunately a 15 lb weight gain came with it too so picking up the camera was probably for the best.
